S S stands for specific market. A basic marketing principle where you need to identify your target market or your niche you are trying to reach.

P P stands for precise (and proven!) marketing strategies. The key to ministry marketing, Christian promotion, and finding how to earn money on the internet lies in finding and implementing these precise marketing strategies.

E E stands for excellence. Let everything you do as you work and serve others be with a spirit of excellence!

A A stands for action! You must move and work toward your vision. Many of the ministry marketing videos will tell you what action to need to take to have a successful marketing plan online! This is putting your faith to work!!

K K stands for kneel. You must humble yourself before the Lord and maintain your relationship with Him. This is a vital key for life!

The Path of Failure to Success

Stephen Pierce didn’t start out successful. He managed to blow what few opportunities that came his way on the mean streets of DC. He had no future and no hope.

When Pierce was kicked out of high school at age 16 he thought it was the best thing that could have happened to him and felt liberated. He kicked open the door of the school building and never returned to school. Then he immediately set out and did what dropouts usually do: look for trouble. And when there wasn’t any trouble to be found, he made trouble.

After a couple of years of deliberation Stephen Pierce was caught in the middle of a street fight among a couple of gangs of thugs after a drug deal had gone bad; a bullet ripped into his leg and he fell over, not knowing if he’d live or die.

He was whisked to the hospital but spent a long time laying on the gurney looking up at the harsh lights. He didn’t have insurance, didn’t have a support system, no one believed in him anymore because he had been too good at being bad for too long.

Right then Pierce knew he needed to stop blaming everyone in his world for his problems and start claiming the future he knew he deserved instead of just waiting for it to happen.

The doctors treated him but left the bullet in his leg. Pierce assumed this was because he didn’t have insurance, and they probably expected that he wouldn’t survive much longer anyway, but the bullet is there and it remains a symbol of where he came from and reminds him to be grateful.

He Turned His Life Around And Went Bankrupt

Stephen Pierce spent the few years turning his life around only to go bankrupt. He had started one business after another and they all tanked. Even though he wasn’t hanging out in gangs or dealing in drugs he was completely disowned by family because they couldn’t put up with his business dreams anymore and thought he should get a real job. No one took his calls. He was told that everything he touches turned to dust.

After finally filing for bankruptcy in the late 1990s he literally became homeless. An acquaintance let him sleep in his office at night. Pierce borrowed a computer and an internet connection and started to learn about this thing called the internet.

He discovered he had a knack for picking out stocks. After a year of giving his stock tips away for free on a forum, and discovering his tips were worth $725K profit to anyone who had followed them, he started a membership site even though he didn’t know how to put together a website. He sent out an email to the 1,200 people on his email list and waited. After that first $350 order came in several minutes later, the momentum didn’t stop. Pierce made $500K that first year and now, ten years later, grosses $10 million per year selling products on several websites as well as a lucrative speaking career.

Today Stephen Pierce lives in a mansion inside a gated community in a custom designed home near Dallas. They have a ranch so his wife Alicia can live her dream of riding horses.

It’s About Life, Not Profits

Pierce isn’t content just selling products and relaxing in his mansion, however. He and his wife travel around the world teaching people how they can live their dreams as well.

As a Certified Accelerated Innovation Trainer he coaches CEOs and other corporate executives. He’s also a Certified Coach and works one-on-one with individuals who want to pursue their dreams and set up their own home-based internet business.

Here are  four keys to keep in mind.

Passion

What are you passionate about or what do you enjoy doing? If you find something that you enjoy, where the time just flies by, you probably have found a passion.

I have a brother (the oldest of four brothers)who gave me some valuable wisdom at a young age. He told me if I found something I loved, and could make a living doing it, I needed to pursue it.

After a failed golfing career, I remembered his advice and thought about what I really enjoyed. Well, I loved Christian Music. I used to make mixes of Christian music on tapes with my voice as a "dj" speaking encouragement in between the songs. Time flew by when I was in the midst of one of these creations as I considered the theme of the tape, which Christian songs to select, and what order as I produced the mix. I’d give them out to my golfing friends to listen to as they traveled on this golf tour all over the country in their vehicles. I called it the KYSS tape series. KYSS standing for: Know You’re Someone Special!

So one of the first jobs I applied for after my golfing career faded was at a FM Christian Music Radio Station as an announcer. The only demo I had for the station manager to listen to in that first interview was one of those home-made KYSS tapes.

I got the job! I was so excited making a living, making a profit, while at a hobby, now turned job, which I loved! (Needless to say I had a passion for Christian Music Radio! I spent 15 1/2 years at that same station!)

Profit

That passion leads to the second p: profit. Will your passion profit you? Can it turn into a home based business? I don’t just mean this in the sense of money. Will your passion promote personal development. Can you learn a new skill. As Success Coach Dani Johnson says, "The marketplace pays for value. Your value is your skill."

If you can learn a new skill or enhance one centered around thatpassion of something you enjoy, you have the ingredients to making a profit and to get out of debt.

You could be that stay at home mom who has a passion for writing or encouraging people with thoughtful crafts.. Can that love for being an encourager be turned into a computer based home business? Or you can turn your love of writing to blog to make money online. Yes, I’ve seen people do that. I personally love blogs. People

How well do you deal with people? You will never be successful in any market plan in business if you don’t serve and help other people. The most successful entrepreneurs understand that business is more about what they give than what they get.

As a mom, you can understand this well in dealing with your children. You often have to "die" to your own needs to raise your babies to be children, your children to be teens, and your teens to be…adults!

This amazingly simple but sometimes difficult to perform point can be found rooted as a basic Biblical principle.

Check out Philippians 2:4: "Let each of you look out not only for your own interests, but also for the interests of others."

Again, the principle is seen in Romans 12:10: "Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another…"

I think you understand perfectly. The Bible is full of verses relating to thinking more of others than yourself!

Finally, the final "P"!

Perseverance in priorities

I slipped an extra "p" in this market plan. Persevere in what God has called you to do. Stay committed, passionate, diligent…without losing your faith, family and friends. Be consistent with the basics of your market plan all the while keeping your priorities in line.

Serve and maintain your relationship with God. Serve and love your husband, your children, your family and friends. Don’t let your longing (financial freedom. money, material things) for something in the future slay your appetite for enjoying the now!

Amidst your working at home, stay on a schedule that keeps you doing what makes the profit, and still leave time for your family. It can be done!
